Future Proof – Protecting our digital future

In this presentation, Dr Ann Turner, Program Director for OneTRIM at the Department of Family and Community Services led a presentation on vision and objectives of a program to consolidate systems and improve visibility of recordkeeping. She was joined by colleagues Michael King, Doris Coleman, Chris Leeming and Jason Covell who talked about components of the program including policy development, change management, training, and implementation. The presentation provides an overview of the entire program, and includes an case study of the rollout of a specific application for ministerial workflow.
