In this podcast, Michael McMullan, Business Program Manager ERDM from Housing NSW, describes a major digital records project currently underway. With a focus on scanning of client records, Housing have significantly reduced the quantities of paper they manage and store. They are now moving to capture of born digital records to have a wholly electronic recordkeeping environment. In his talk, Michael explores some of the practical issues associated with this type of project, and how they are measuring success.
