In this podcast, staff from the Department of Education and Communities talk about DEC’s implementation of Electronic Document and Records Management, particularly the EDRMS pilot based in the Department’s Staffing section. This pilot has resulted in significant business and process innovations and uses innovative scanning/digitisation processes to drive workfows and automate recordkeeping.
