This guidance has been developed specifically to meet the needs of the NSW public sector and it has been developed with reference to many of the wonderful social media initiatives underway in NSW government.
To make sure this advice is as practical and as helpful as it can be, we would specifically like feedback from frontline staff working with social media, as well as information management staff.
We genuinely want all comments and advice, big and small, particularly on issues we have missed or misinterpreted. We would also love feedback on how we can better structure this guidance so that it is clear and easy to use.
We would also love to hear of more case studies and examples from NSW government agencies using social media. We have previously published a post about the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal’s innovative social media use on the blog and would love to publish more case studies to help share knowledge and lessons learned about managing social media information.
