Greg Navin, Manager, Information and Records Management for Ryde City Council discusses how EDRMS can support business processes. Greg comments on how his organisation improved the way information was captured, managed and preserved. This was done primarily through maximising people, processes and technologies that were already available – looking at what the organisation already had and seeing what it could do.
