Future Proof – Protecting our digital future

Jeff Greenwood, Associate Director, Records and Information Management, NSW Police Force shared his experience and insights on the agency’s “Digital Information Initiative.” The Initiative saw the agency’s transition from hard copy records management to digital. Jeff also provided an overview of his team’s future services such as enabling mobile access, enterprise search and discovery capability on both structured and unstructured information holdings, and digitisation of at risk records.
